If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the product page. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Yes. All pet and human products listed on our website go through quality checks. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return eligibility guidelines.

Just email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll send you return instructions.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Bank processing times may vary.

Yes, we offer exchanges for size, color, or product issues. If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll provide a refund instead.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened pet food, used toys, grooming products that have been opened, personalized items, and any items not in their original condition.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the courier.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time or appears lost, reach out to us and we will investigate with the courier. We will help arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

If the address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
